To start a telemedicine visit with one of our telehealth doctors, you will need to start by adding your medical records to DrOwl so that your telehealth doctor can see your medical history.

Once your medical records are in DrOwl it's easy to start a telemedicine call.*
Go to your homepage in the DrOwl app, click on the telemedicine icon in the lower right-hand corner of the bottom menu, and tap on the “+ Start Telemedicine” button.
You will then be taken to the telemedicine visit intake form to let the telehealth professional know what you are reaching out about. Please fill out that form and click on the blue “allow” button to start your telemedicine call.
You can also add family members or caregivers to the call so they can be a part of important medical conversations regardless of location or time zone.
