The free DrOwl screening check-in tool is being used by businesses, schools, restaurants, and senior communities across the nation to help keep their communities safer from COVID-19.
It makes it easy for organizations to electronically screen everyone entering a facility for symptoms and a history of exposure to Covid-19 before entering their facility.
Staff and visitors will be able to check in to DrOwl a couple of different ways.
We highly encourage you to download the DrOwl app and create a free account to get started as it is the easiest method.
- Downloading the DrOwl app creates a quicker and easier experience for the daily check-ins. This way you won’t have to enter your personal information each time, which will save you time and will automatically assist you with geolocation services.
- For visitors or any staff that do not want to use the app, there is also a check-in option via a unique URL that can be sent via text or email or secure QR code. You will not need to create an account to use the URL, but you will need to fill in your contact information each time when you check in to a facility using this method.
When you are ready to check-in, tap “check-in” on the DrOwl app, pick the check-in location and fill out the screening questions. You will then receive an entry or denial message before entering the facility. It’s that easy.
To download the free DrOwl app, go to the iOS or the Google Play stores to sign up for a free account and check in from the DrOwl app.
