To upload a roster for your organization, go to the DrOwl website and click on the check-in tool button in the menu at the top of the site.
This will take you to the log in page. When that page comes up, click on the “Facility or School Administrators” button on the bottom right-hand side of the page to log into the administrative account for your organization.
The next step is to click the green login button at the bottom of the page, and then log into your administrator’s account with your “administrator” email and password.
To create a roster for your facility, go to the menu on the left-hand side, and choose “upload roster”.
You will then be able to choose whether you want to add in a roster via either a CSV or EXCEL file. To choose the roster that you’d like to add, click on the choose file button, choose the file, and then click the green upload button to finish adding your roster to your organization’s administrative account.
Your file will need to have your column A labeled as First Name and column b labeled as Last Name. Any other column used is optional, but will need a label at the top. Your sheet should not have any commas or hyphens.
