To remove a screening question, go to the DrOwl website and click on the check-in tool button in the menu at the top of the site.
This will take you to the log in page. When that page comes up, click on the “Facility or School Administrators” button on the bottom right-hand side of the page to log into the administrative account for your organization.
The next step is to click the green login button at the bottom of the page, and then log into your administrator’s account with your “administrator” email and password.
When you are logged in you will see your menu options on the left hand side of the DrOwl check-in homepage. To remove a screening question, go to the menu on the left-hand side, and choose “question settings”.
Then look for the question that you would like to remove.
To the left of that question, click on the blue box to “uncheck” the box which will remove the question from your organization's screening questions.
